When you send an inquiry or a booking request via the contact form, WhatsApp or email, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: name, email address, phone number, requested service, dates, party size and any details you include in your message.
Your data is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare and confirm your booking, and coordinate with our service partners (villa owners, yacht operators, chauffeurs, chefs, etc.). We do not sell your data to third parties.
Booking-related data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship plus any legal retention period required under Spanish and EU law. General inquiries are kept for a reasonable period to follow up, then deleted on request.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Spanish law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of or a copy of your personal data. Write to us at marbella@conciergesignature.com and we will respond within 30 days.
