General booking conditions for Marbella Signature.

Marbella Signature is part of Concierge Signature Group, providing luxury concierge services including villa rental, yacht charter, private chauffeur, car rental, private chef, helicopter tours, water activities, massage, private tours and VIP bookings in Marbella and the Costa del Sol.
All bookings are requests until confirmed in writing by our concierge team. A 20% deposit is required to confirm a yacht charter, villa rental or premium service. The balance is due before or on the day of service, per the invoice sent to you.
Full refund of the deposit if a booking is cancelled due to weather (yacht, helicopter, water activities) or force majeure. Cancellations initiated by the client are governed by the specific service partner's policy and will be communicated at booking. Villa rentals require a 7-night minimum stay.
All prices displayed on the website are indicative "starting from" rates in EUR. Final pricing may vary based on season, dates, group size, extras, applicable taxes, delivery/pickup logistics and additional services. Your concierge confirms the exact rate in writing before you pay any deposit.
Guests are responsible for accurate information (party size, dates, arrival details, ID/licence for driving experiences), respectful behaviour towards service partners, and compliance with local Spanish law. Any damage caused during a rental (villa, car, yacht) is the client's responsibility per the partner's damage-deposit terms.
Marbella Signature acts as a concierge intermediary connecting clients with independent service partners (villa owners, yacht captains, chauffeurs, chefs). We select partners for quality but do not directly operate every service. Our liability is limited to the concierge fee, if any, and does not extend to third-party service partners' operations.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
